So... How *do* you embed Youtube or Google videos?

Hi harry. I am a new player but have been voraciously reading whatever help topics I've been able to find. Here is from the SFØ wiki/HTML editing (http://help.sfzero.org/pmwiki.php/Main/HTMLEditing):
For YouTube enter: "[youtube:url_to_video]"
e.g. [youtube:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bFR0xA60GGI]
For GoogleVideo enter: "[googlevideo:url_to_video]"
e.g. [googlevideo:http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=3754293779500828561]
I have not tested this.
